Returns, exchanges and flat fee
GadgetHub LB accepts voluntary returns and exchanges. A flat fee of US$2.50 applies to each return or exchange, regardless of the value of the item. For a return, this fee covers handling and is deducted from the amount due back to you.
Starting a return or exchange
Contact us with your order details and the item you wish to return or exchange before sending it back. We will confirm the instructions and, for an exchange, the availability of the replacement item. Items sent without first contacting us may take longer to identify and process.
Item condition
For a voluntary return or exchange, the item must be sent back in its original condition with its included parts, accessories and packaging. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item until it is returned. We will inspect the item before completing the return or exchange.
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives wrong, damaged, faulty or not as described. The voluntary return fee and conditions do not replace or reduce any repair, replacement, refund or other rights required under Lebanese law. We will assess these cases separately under the applicable law.
Refunds and exchanges
After we receive and inspect an accepted return, we will contact you to arrange the amount due back to you, less the US$2.50 fee where it applies. For an accepted exchange, we will arrange the replacement after inspection. Any price difference between the original and replacement items must be settled before the exchange is completed.
