GadgetHub LB operates from Zahle, Lebanon and sells and delivers within Lebanon only. These terms apply to purchases through our website. Contact us using the details below with any order questions.
Orders and payment
Payment is cash on delivery. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your items, delivery charge and total before placing an order. Product availability and delivery arrangements are subject to confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a price needs correction, we will contact you before proceeding; we will not substitute products or increase an agreed total without your agreement.
Delivery with Wakilni
Delivery is handled by Wakilni and is estimated to take 1–3 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery currently costs approximately US$5, but rates may vary according to Wakilni’s prices. The applicable delivery charge and order total are shown at checkout. Any later proposed change requires your agreement before we proceed. Contact us if your delivery is delayed.
Cancellations, returns and warranties
GadgetHub LB does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges, or an additional commercial warranty. This does not limit any cancellation, return, repair, replacement, refund or other rights required under Lebanese law, including applicable rights for distance purchases and defective or misdescribed goods. Contact us promptly with your order details if an item is wrong, damaged or faulty, or if you wish to cancel. We will assess the request in accordance with applicable law.
Using the website
Keep your account credentials and verification codes private. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. Product descriptions and images help you choose items; any specifications or promises stated for a product remain relevant to your purchase.

These terms are governed by applicable Lebanese law and do not exclude mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first to seek a resolution to a complaint. Updates will be dated on this page; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
